About the role
This is a highly visible, people-focused role where you'll work closely with manufacturing leaders, site teams, and key stakeholders to roll out practical change initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, safety, and workforce capability.
You'll play a key role in translating operational transformation into clear, practical outcomes - helping teams adopt new processes, performance frameworks, and continuous improvement tools in a way that is engaging, sustainable, and easy to implement on the ground.
- Drive the successful adoption of operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple operational and site-based environments
- Partner closely with operational leaders, frontline teams, and key stakeholders to support the delivery of business change programs and new ways of working
- Deliver engaging change management activities including communications, stakeholder engagement, workshops, and training sessions tailored to operational audiences
- Support the rollout and embedding of KPI frameworks, benchmarking initiatives, reporting structures, and performance management processes designed to improve operational outcomes
- Translate complex operational initiatives, processes, and transformation activities into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand messaging for frontline teams
- Build strong relationships across the business to drive engagement, encourage buy-in, and support the successful adoption of change initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement by helping teams identify opportunities for uplift and operational efficiency
- Work closely with stakeholders to embed sustainable behavioural and process change that delivers long-term business impact
- Support leaders through periods of transformation by providing practical guidance, coaching, and change support across operational environments
- Contribute to initiatives focused on improving operational performance, workforce capability, team engagement, safety, and overall site effectiveness
Skills & experience
- 5+ years' experience delivering change initiatives within operational, manufacturing, industrial, or site-based environments
- Proven business change capability with a practical, hands-on approach to implementation
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
- Demonstrated experience supporting continuous improvement or transformation programs
- Thrives in fast-paced, operationally focused environments, bringing resilience and adaptability under pressure
- A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across all levels of the business
